Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has started, or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. NAKSH SEATING COLLECTION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the product delivered is of poor quality.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be considered once the seller/merchant has verified the issue. If the product received is not as described or not up to expectations, contact customer service within 7 days. The team will assess and make an appropriate decision.
  4. For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer complaints directly to the manufacturer.
  5. For any refunds approved by NAKSH SEATING COLLECTION, the process will be completed within 7 days.
