Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has started, or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
- NAKSH SEATING COLLECTION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the product delivered is of poor quality.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be considered once the seller/merchant has verified the issue. If the product received is not as described or not up to expectations, contact customer service within 7 days. The team will assess and make an appropriate decision.
- For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer complaints directly to the manufacturer.
- For any refunds approved by NAKSH SEATING COLLECTION, the process will be completed within 7 days.
