Return Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange:

• The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The item must have the original packaging.
• If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Only items that are found defective or damaged may be replaced, based on an approved exchange request.

Some products or item categories may be exempted from returns or refunds. These exceptions will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted exchange or return requests: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about its receipt. If approved after our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
