Delivery And Return

We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or an exchange:

• The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The item must have the original packaging.
• If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Only items that are found defective or damaged may be replaced, based on an approved exchange request. Some products or item categories may be exempted from returns or refunds. These exceptions will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.   For accepted exchange or return requests: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about its receipt. If approved after our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with our policies.

SHIPPING

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or post office norms. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Confirmation of delivery will be sent to the buyer’s email address provided at the time of registration.   Any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, as applicable, are non-refundable.
